Services
In addition to the traditional quantity surveying services, and other Employer related services, the Practice acts as Planning Supervisor/CDM Coordinator for a number of developer’s procuring buildings by the Design + Construct method.
Along side these services, the Practice is also employed by a number of Contractors, where the Employer has appointed a Planning Supervisor/CDM Coordinator, but the appointed Planning Supervisor/CDM Coordinator will not assemble the Health & Safety File.
Under these circumstances, the Practice will take the Contractors’ subcontract and supply orders, chase subcontractors, suppliers and designers for the information required for and assemble a Health & Safety File, either independently or in collaboration with the appointed Planning Supervisor/CDM Coordinator. This releases the Contractor’s project team from having to carry out this task in addition to the major objective of completing the project successfully and on time.
GEOGRAPHICAL AREA
Being located in the West Midlands and less than 10minutes from the M42 motorway, which links with M5, M40, M6, communication with most parts of the UK is easy.
In addition we are close to the Chiltern Line link for London Marylebone and the West Coast Rail Line for London Euston.
Commissions are undertaken in the Midlands, North East , North West, Wales, South East and London, and the West Country, providing they can be reached within 21/2 to 3 hours drive.
Commissions have also been undertaken where the location can be reached by flight.
